Get the PVCU CU on the GoTM Mobile App!
Access your account, make deposits, check balances, make transfers and much more right from your mobile device or tablet with the PVCU CU on the GoTM Mobile App.
Simply sign up for PVCU Online Banking first and you will be well on your way.
Then download the PVCU CU on the GoTM Mobile App from the Apple App Store® or from the Android Market®.
Go into the App Store® and search “Pioneer Valley Credit Union “or “Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union”
Select the “Pioneer Valley Credit Union” App and Click “Free” and then “Install”
From there, the app will be available in your list of apps on your device
Go to Google Play Store® for apps (just listed as “Play Store®” in your list of apps) and search for “Pioneer Valley Credit Union” or “Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union”
Select the “Pioneer Valley Credit Union Mobile” App and select “Free”, and then “Install”
From there, you will be able to select “open” or open the app from your list of apps on your device
Please note once downloaded you must use the same sign in credentials to use Mobile Banking as used for your PVCU Online Banking access. A message will appear letting you know that an email alert will be sent to your email. This message should arrive within a few minutes. The message will contain an access authentication pin. Once the pin is received, go back to the PVCU CU on the GoTM Mobile App sign in page and put the pin number in and hit continue. You will then have access!

Using Apple Pay® in Stores
You can use Apple Pay® with your compatible Apple® device to pay in stores that accept contactless payments. Visit the Apple Pay® website for a list of participating merchants and mobile apps, or look for one of these symbols at checkout:
Some stores might have this symbol on their card readers and point of sale terminals, but they might not be currently set up to accept contactless payments including Apple Pay®.
Using Apple Pay® within Apps
With a compatible Apple® device, you can use Apple Pay® to pay within apps when you see the “Buy with Apple Pay®” or “Apple Pay®" button as a payment method.
What device do I need to use Apple Pay®?
Apple Pay® is available in the United States to customers with compatible Apple® devices running iOS 8.1 or later.

Setting up Apple Pay®
To add your PVCU Debit Card:
To a compatible iPhone®: Open the Wallet app (formerly Passbook) and tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner, then follow the steps on the device.
To a compatible iPad®: Open the main Settings app on the device, then go to Wallet & Apple Pay® (formerly Passbook & Apple Pay®), tap add Credit or Debit Card, and then follow the steps on the device.
To an Apple Watch®: Open the Apple Watch® app on the paired device and go to Wallet & Apple Pay® (formerly Passbook & Apple Pay®), tap add Credit or Debit Card and then follow the steps on the device.
If your card successfully loads and activates, no further steps are required. If activation is required, call our member services department at 413-733-2800 for PVCU Debit Cards and call 1-800-558-3424 PVCU Credit Cards.
